The Embassy of Ukraine in the Slovak Republic invites Ukrainians for consular services in Prešov on September 27, 2025, from 09:00 to 17:00.
Consular services are by appointment only. Book your appointment through the Telegram channel of the Slovak-Ukrainian Information Center. Men aged 18–60 must have a valid e-VOP (electronic military registration) to use consular services.
Available consular services:
Accepting documents for a foreign passport
🔸You must bring a photo (10×15 cm)Issuing already made foreign passports (by appointment only)
Certifying powers of attorney
🔸 You must send draft documents to consul_sk@mfa.gov.ua by September 24, 2025.Certifying signatures on applications (permission for a child to travel, inheritance, marital status, etc.)
🔸 Send completed and signed applications to consul_sk@mfa.gov.ua by September 24, 2025.Confirming a certificate of no criminal record from Ukraine (for Slovak institutions)
Processing Ukrainian citizenship by birth
Issuing certificates of life (for the Pension Fund)
