After almost a year of reconstruction, which cost 2.5 million euros, Bratislava's largest city pool, Rosnička, is open to visitors again. This is the first major renovation of the complex in the Dubravka district since it opened in 1978.
New relaxation areas, modern water purification systems, and updated infrastructure have been added to the site.
What's new after the reconstruction?
The renovation affected almost the entire area. Several new and modernized zones have been prepared for visitors:
New family pool with a water fountain, massage areas, and other relaxation elements.
New children's pool for the youngest visitors.
Completely renovated 50-meter swimming pool that meets modern standards.
Sand zone for games and relaxation.
Modernized gastronomic zone with a new buffet, an electronic ordering kiosk, and expanded terraces.
In addition, the complex has installed a modern water filtration system, and updated paths, lighting, and green areas with automatic irrigation.
Ticket prices and how to save money
Ticket prices remain the same as last year, but there is a significant difference between buying online and at the ticket office. You can save a few euros by buying a ticket online.
Adult ticket: €8 at the ticket office / €5.50 online (€4.50 after 5:00 PM)
Children (3-18 years): €4.50 at the ticket office / €4 online
Children under 3 years: free
Seniors and people with disabilities (ZŤP): €3
All city passes valid for pools managed by STaRZ (the city organization for sports and recreation facilities) are also valid at Rosnička.

Opening hours:
Daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
According to Slovak media, builders encountered unexpected problems during the reconstruction: it turned out that the complex was partly built on old construction debris, which complicated and delayed the work.
