On Wednesday, July 22, Samsung is holding a big public event on the Tyršovo nábrežie (Tyrš Embankment) in Bratislava. The reason is the presentation of new devices, and it will all end with a drone show over the Danube. Entry is free for everyone.
At this event, you can see the new products that will be shown on the same day at the global Galaxy Unpacked presentation in London. In Bratislava, you will not only be able to watch but also personally test the new models of foldable smartphones and watches.
The event program on Tyršovo nábrežie on July 22:
18:00 — a special zone will open where you can test new Samsung Galaxy devices before the official start of sales in Slovakia.
20:00 — the performance by the Dutch electronic band Kraak & Smaak Soundsystem will begin. They play in the nu-disco, funk, and deep house styles.
~22:00 — a drone show will conclude the evening. Hundreds of drones will create light animations over the Danube dedicated to the new gadgets. According to the organizers, it will be one of the largest similar shows in Slovakia.
It will be best to watch the show directly from the Tyršovo nábrežie embankment or from the Petržalka side on the Old Bridge. Samsung will also hold a contest: film a part of the show, post the video on Instagram with the required hashtags, and the author of the best video will receive one of the new gadgets as a gift.
