Last week, law enforcement officers responded to a call about a suspicious man who was climbing on balconies of an apartment building. The offender initially refused to come down but threw down documents for checking. After that, he climbed over the railing and entered the building's entrance. It was found that the man was wanted by Interpol.
The owner of the apartment he was trying to enter was out of town. The case has been handed over to the state police for investigation.
