A strong storm from Austria has hit Slovakia. Meteorologists say Bratislava received almost a month's worth of rain in just one hour. The downpour included hail, strong winds, and thunder.
The bad weather also affected Vienna, where heavy rain flooded several metro stations.
Forecast for the coming days
Forecasters warn that new local downpours with hail are possible in Slovakia in the coming days. However, a significant warming is expected starting next week: by the end of July, temperatures could reach +30°C and higher.
