Customer support with Ukrainian and Russian

The Grafton recruitment agency is looking for customer support operators who speak Ukrainian and Russian for a client in Bratislava. You will communicate with customers by phone, email, and chat, solve their requests, and enter data into the system. Slovak language is not required – the work is in Ukrainian, Russian, and English. Hybrid format (some days from home), paid training, extra pay for language skills, and performance bonuses. A good start in office work for people from Ukraine.
