Sales Network Assistant | Head of Sales & Distribution

At Penta Bank, we are looking for a person to become the right hand of the Head of Sales & Distribution for Slovakia. You will be at the center of the sales network's activities, coordinate important tasks, and help ensure everything runs smoothly – from organizing meetings to supporting the sales team and collaborating across the bank. We are looking for someone who can set priorities, has attention to detail, and can be a reliable support for management. What will your responsibilities include? • providing administrative and organizational support to the Head of Sales & Distribution for Slovakia, • coordinating meetings, business trips, and related documentation, • preparing presentations, reports, and materials for sales negotiations, • coordinating requests from the sales team and collaborating with the bank's central office and other internal departments, • supporting regional private bankers in solving daily operational tasks, • participating in the organization of internal and client events, • ensuring administrative work related to client care and client documentation, • monitoring deadlines and the smooth flow of assigned documentation. Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate: • has experience in an assistant, coordination, or administrative role, • can organize work effectively and set priorities, • is independent, reliable, and responsible, • has a professional appearance and excellent communication skills, • can handle confidential information with discretion and responsibility, • is proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), • experience in banking or financial services is an advantage, • knowledge of English is an advantage.
