About the Faculty
The Orthodox Theological Faculty is a structural part of the University of Prešov in Prešov. This institution specializes in training specialists for the Orthodox Church, studying theology, liturgics, and church history.
Programs are offered at the bachelor's and master's levels in the Slovak language. Students learn dogmatic theology, pastoral theology, as well as Ancient Greek and Church Slavonic languages.
For applicants from Ukraine, education is paid per semester, as free education is available only to citizens of the EU and the Schengen Area. Application (prihláška) is submitted through the university portal. Dormitory accommodation (internát) is available to students, but places are not guaranteed.
