Passengers suffer from crowds at the central bus station in Bratislava

The Nivy station in Bratislava is suffering from chaotic, huge queues during peak hours. Slovak Lines gave up some space for shops, which reduced the number of platforms from 36 to 19. Passengers have to wait for different bus routes in the same queue, and drivers have lost most of their parking spots. The regional authority (BSK) blames the company for reducing people's comfort for commercial profit.

While the parties exchange accusations, the number of bus routes through the station has been cut in half, and passengers are forced to accept worsening travel conditions.
