As a Lead Software Engineer, you will perform implementation, regular problem-solving, support, and maintenance in an agile software development environment. Develop and implement generative AI-based solutions using Python and OOP principles. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Implement solutions on AWS using CloudFormation. Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and Crew.ai. Apply knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering concepts. Develop and implement services using FastAPI on AWS. Collaborate with developers to refactor production analytics solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Assist in the development of AI pipelines using Apache Airflow. Manage people, oversee their projects, provide assistance, mentorship, and guidance. Act as a project lead on complex and highly visible projects. This position involves direct collaboration with engineering leadership in Slovakia and Cat Digital IT in the USA.
