Painting Specialist

- Control the painting process and regularly check the quality of car bodies at different stages of production. - Monitor technological parameters, such as temperature, humidity, paint viscosity, pump pressure, and coating thickness, and ensure they meet established standards. - Evaluate production and quality indicators, including the appearance of the varnish, color deviations, coating thickness, and production success. - Analyze identified defects, propose corrective actions, and monitor their implementation. - Actively communicate with production teams, operators, and quality control to ensure a smooth process. - Conduct regular audits of the production process to improve quality, efficiency, and optimize costs. - Cooperate with technology and equipment suppliers to resolve technical issues and implement changes. - Control the readiness of production lines before planned shutdowns and check their smooth startup after resuming work. - Organize and coordinate production tests, evaluate results, and identify opportunities for further process improvement. Requirements: - Technical education (mechanical engineering, chemistry, materials science, or a related field). - Experience in a production environment, preferably in painting or the automotive industry. - Ability to analyze technical data and solve emerging problems. - Responsible approach, focus on quality, and attention to detail. - Communication skills and willingness to cooperate between different departments. - Ability to work with MS Office; knowledge of English is an advantage.
