Automotive Production Operator, Bratislava

Antolin Bratislava, which is part of the international Grupo Antolin, a world leader in automotive interior production, is looking for automotive production operators. The factory makes car interior roofs, door panels, interior plastic and textile parts, sun visors, and decorative elements for clients such as Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Stellantis. The work is in a clean, modern factory without heavy physical labor or contact with harmful substances. The work schedule is shift-based: 3 shifts of 8 hours (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00), 5 days a week, 168–170 hours per month. Overtime and working Saturdays are possible. The employer provides housing for €200 per month or pays an extra €100 monthly to those who have their own housing. Official employment is under an Umowa o pracę (temporary employment contract).
