About the Faculty
The Faculty of Public Health is a structural part of the Slovak Medical University in Bratislava. This university focuses on training professionals for the field of public health. The institution's activities concentrate on disease prevention, social medicine, and health care organization.
The study programs include epidemiology, hygiene, and health care management at the bachelor's and master's levels. Teaching is conducted in Slovak. Students complete internships in public and private institutions.
To apply from Ukraine, you need to submit documents through the application form (prihláška), usually by the end of February or March. Studying in Slovak is free of charge. Dormitory accommodation (internát) is provided to students based on a competitive selection.
