Study and Travel

This package helps with admission to universities, but you need to do some things yourself.

First, choose a university or a study program that interests you.

Register at the university and fill out applications and forms.

We will give you brief information about the chosen university (as much as we can).

We will give you a list of documents needed for registration and admission.

We will translate your grade reports, send documents once by international mail, and get an Apostila for your documents.

We will have personal consultations with your manager in Slovakia via Skype/Viber and answer your questions.

We will help you arrange insurance (you pay for this separately).

We will provide information about admission when you ask (how to prepare documents, if translation is needed, if Nostrifikácia is needed, when to send documents to the university).

We will support you by email during the admission process.

Preliminary selection of a higher education institution (VŠ) or a specialty that interests you.

University registration (1 application), filling out questionnaires and forms.

Providing information about the chosen university and documents (within our competence).

Document check (correctness of documents).

Sending documents to Slovakia and decision on admission in Ukraine.

Help with insurance (insurance is paid separately).

Managing the admission process online and offline.

Processing and working with documents (including expenses for educational documents for translations, notarized copies, Apostila, nostrification, etc.).

Help with booking a place in a dormitory.

Help with obtaining a residence permit (VНЖ) + obtaining a certificate of no criminal record with an Apostila.

Full informational support from the beginning of cooperation until obtaining student status and the start of studies.

Access to a private online channel and live broadcasts of informational support for students and parents during admission.

Informational materials and recommendations about infrastructure, banks, dormitories, moving, and other important aspects.

Meeting with a coordinator and informational support in Slovakia.
